We offer a variety of crew services either through single manning services or through a complete crew management arrangement.
Our manning network keeps us close to our seafarers and ensures that we provide our customers with competent and well trained personnel.
As Crew Managers we:
- Provide seafarers orientation on recruitment policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment and other relevant information
- Ensure that all seafarers who are recruited or deployed are both qualified and holds the documents required for the position in question
- Ensure that contracts of employment are in accordance with any applicable laws, regulations
- Ensure that seafarers are informed of their rights and duties as described in their employment contracts and articles of agreement prior to their engagement. They will also be able to review these said documents before signing and obtain a copy once signed.
- Ensure that the vessels and the crew are adequately covered by P & I club or similar insurance through the submission of the certificate of insurance coverage.
- Assume joint and solidary liability with the employer for all claims and liabilities which may arise in connection with the implementation of the employment contract, including but not limited to wages, death and disability compensation and their repatriation and we manage any raised claim.
- Guarantee compliance with the applicable labour, social and maritime legislations, and applicable regulations of the flag state and international maritime bodies such as the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Labour Organization (ILO)
- Repatriate the deployed seafarers when the need arises
